Jere and his team are awesome! Over the years we have taken multiple vehicles to Sun Valley for maintenance and repairs. My husband drove a 2001 GMC Jimmy for 20 years. As the vehicle got older it occasionally had an issue that needed attention. The advice is always spot on, they give you all the options, pros/cons so that you can make a good decision based on age and use of the vehicle. When a repair was not worthwhile they gave their honest opinion, never try to "over-sell" you something that's not necessary or not practical. I brought my 2006 Ford Ranger in for coolant leak and oil change service .they performed a coolant pressure test and gave a detailed estimate for replacing the water pump and fan . The service was done promptly and professionally along with an oil change service . The staff was very friendly and obviously experienced, price was fair and quality parts were used . I am impressed with Sun Valley Auto and will be using them for both my vehicles plus referring them to other people .Great small business to support! Honest Good Mechanic's at this place! I have taken my car other places, and unfortunately have learned my lesson the hard way. I will not take my car anywhere else anymore..... The only thing that you might not like here is that they are closed on the weekends, and that's actually why one time I decided to take my car somewhere else (for the convenience). Turns out it wasn't a convent at all because they totally took advantage of me, did a bad job..... Save yourself the headache and hassle and just go to Sun Valley Automotive, they really are some really great honest guys that know what they are doing!
