Front desk lady is rude. Also double charge for parts. Came here to get my ac fixed. condenser replaced with new 1234yf refrigerant, I was quoted $1100. went to bb hummels off of colfax was quoted $600 for the same thing and factory condenser included not an after market part. They thought I wouldn’t realize they were charging me for extra labor hours maybe bc I am a woman. Wrong! We also run a business and were looking for a mechanic to take all of our work trucks to but that wont be happening at this place. Thats what happens when you try to rip people off.

We've taken our cars to Ralph's for about 14 years, since moving to the area. It is wonderful to have honest, personal service from people you trust. Cindy, Tom, and the team have always done a great job for us. So while it's now a 20+ minute drive to get to them, I will continue to drive past many other service shops to take our cars to Ralph's.

I live nearly 30 miles away and will never take any of my cars anywhere else. They have helped me take care of all of my cars and have always been transparent about what work I need to do to keep up on my newer and older vehicles. As long as I’m in Colorado I will not go anywhere else!
