My insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision in Lakewood after being rear-ended. I am very happy they sent me there. I was very impressed with the entire staff from start to finish. Mike kept me updated & was always available to answer questions. He's very personable, helpful & always friendly. Krista in the office is very friendly & helpful as well. Before picking up my car Dan had it washed & looking great. The entire staff made what was an unpleasant event as easy and pleasant as possible. I definitely recommend this shop. Very great customer service from Mike M. Built trust on the onset and also through the process of his updates. Work was well done. Car was cleaned inside and out when I get it back which was a nice surprise. And a headlight bulb replaced just because. I got my car back sooner than I thought too which made it better for figuring out my own personal logistics. They made it a smooth and easy process despite it being one I shouldn't have had to go through (was in an accident that wasn’t my fault). Would recommend and actually already have! Used this shop for an auto body repair. They were very professional and kind. Kept me updated weekly on what was going on with my repairs. The last week my vehicle was in the shop, they called almost daily to keep me up to date on when the vehicle would be completed. They did a great job.
