This is the only mechanic I trust. Everywhere else I have been tries to pull a fast one on me due to being a women and being naive about cars. Russel's has never tried this tactic on me. They are honest,caring and humorous! They don't over charge and are quick to repair. They confirm what they will do to your car before proceeding with any work. I trust them 100%
