Les Schwab Tire Center

Terrible first experience. Had an appointment for 4:00pm, but the staff didn't discuss options with me until 5:30pm, too late to get my car taken care of. Why did I make an appointment? They did not notice a bulging sidewall on the tire that I told them about. I had to have them recheck the tire to see why I need to replace it. Then they told me I had to replace all 4 tires. They didn't really understand why, but offered to read my car's manual in order to tell if what they had told me was true or not. No thanks. Les Schwab, said, “Our business is earning your trust” and we like doing that as fast as we can. That is not what is happening here.

These guys have excellent customer service! Helped me with a couple tire issues free of charge even though I didn't buy tires through them unlike Discount Tire. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely will be buying tires through them in the future!

I would pay more for tires just to go to Les Schwabb - been going there for years and always the best service & advice. Most recently my youngest had a breakdown in front of another shop so he dropped it there - first they said they could get to it right away.... 3 days later they finally got to it and quoted over $2k. I had a similar job done on my truck by Les Schwabb so had it towed there and they diagnosed it same day and had parts overnighted. They started the job the next day! Oh yeah - HALF the price - AND TWICE THE SERVICE!!!!
