Z Auto Service

Got an oil change. Great price costed $50 full synthetic. I don't understand why service centers post about what's included. The AD says top off fluids, including windshield washer fluid, and then when I looked the next day, it was still empty. This shop has good reviews. I thought they did what I requested, but....

The customer service and the hospitality is impeccable. I took my car in for an oil change and they did a free service check as well as it was part of a Mother’s Day deal. It was done quick and efficiently. Soon after I ended up having an oil leak and and z auto was able to get my car in the next day and identify the cause of the oil leak. They went above and beyond what I expected and replaced my oil pressure switch, topped off my oil and steamed cleaned my engine for a decent price. This had only been my second time bringing my car to their shop and they were already able to recognize me and remember my name both over the phone and in person. That made the experience feel more welcoming and genuine and something I genuinely appreciate.

I've had my Jeep at Z's several times now. Its an older vehicle so slowly repairing and replacing things as we go. Hands down, one of the best mechanic shops I've come across. And CLEAN! Can't tell you how much I appreciate that. I'll be back for the next round soon! Also, I only put 4 stars because they are only open Mon-Fri. Service is phenomenal!
