I've had routine maintenance and repairs done back to back at AutoLab. I brought my RDX in for maintenance and was told I could pick it up a few days later. I called before driving in to collect my car to confirm the work was done, and I was told everything was fine and they were finishing up. So I came in to pick up my car, but it was not ready. I was told to wait and it would be ready soon, but that turned into 2 hours. Fine, but after collecting my car I realized that the skid plate had not been reattached and after driving it I received notice that there was an issue with the transmission overheating. Turns out too much transmission fluid had been put in the vehicle. Also, the horn had stopped working and the car alarm was going off randomly. I brought the car back and they fixed these issues, but the whole experience was obviously very inconvenient. Around the same time I also brought in my Hyundai to fix the bumper after someone hit me. Very pleased with the service I received at AutoLab. My transmission started leaking fluid and AutoLab was able to get me in immediately to have my car looked at. Even more impressive, they got all the work done same day! I am so grateful to them for the work they did and for staying late to finish.
