They were great. I called on a Monday about what was wrong. We decided Wednesday was the best day to bring it in. They had it diagnosed within an hour and had my heat fixed from a radiator leak by the next day. The owner is incredibly nice and they seem very honest (which as a female going to a mechanic can be hard to find). I will now be bringing my car there for all repairs. They even fixed where I had an issue with my bumper so I didn’t have to use zip ties anymore. Above and beyond!! Oh and my heat now works great and I’m toasty warm!! I called nine mechanics regarding a possible issue with my transmission and Jonni was the only one who could get me in. Turns out my car is fine, I just suck at installing car batteries. Definitely recommend this place for fast, reasonably priced, and transparent service! Thanks, Jonni!

Horribly unprofessional, and expensive for an oil change... I dropped off my car, was told it would be ready within an hour or two at most. When I came back 2 hours later, it hadn't even been started. Waited, but they forgot to do the routine tire fills (which I specifically requested, twice, because my tires were a bit low) and quick overall inspection, as well as forgot to give me any paperwork of service. When I asked to get this done the following week, I called and said bring it on in...the place opens at 9am, I got there at 9:20 and he wasn't even there yet. A line of other people waiting. I had a work meeting and had to leave, and when I called back to complain, he made it clear that I'm the one who should be more patient...sorry, do your hours of operation and your customer's time mean nothing to you? Rude, it's a dirty unkept place with shady stuff going on there very clearly. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Service: Oil change
