Fantastic experiences with this shop! We Highly Recommend Urban Auto! We've used them for several years for minor and major repairs. All repairs were done well, quickly and reasonably priced. We are especially pleased with them during our last interaction. Recently someone attempted to steal our Mazda 5. They totally destroyed our ignition and battery, but fortunately did not manage to get the car started. Urban Auto did a thorough examination of the damage, worked quickly and seamlessly with our wonderful Allstate insurance to get us back on the road as fast as possible. They kept in touch with us constantly as well. They will definitely be our go to auto repair for years to come.

Fellas up front are very straight about the information and suggestions they provide. I only wish they had told me why I had to take my car in for a quote . I did not see a tech look at it or drive it….. maybe they just trusted that I needed a clutch like I said????. Either way — professional service on the customer side as well as mechanical side. A professional crew is a crew worth trusting. The quote did not change when I settled up. Thanx

They're very communicative, friendly, and transparent with the repairs on your vehicle. I received a document outlining all my needed repairs with high-quality pictures and a scoring system of 1 - 5 for how urgent the repairs were. Owning and caring for a vehicle is expensive and stressful, so it's nice to have found a place where I can feel confident and comfortable with the repairs I'm getting.
