The Import Mechanics

Had my Audi wagon worked on here, they changed out the fuel pump and fuel filter, so far so good on the fix. However when I went to pick my car up I had noticed all my spare change was missing from the middle console as well as spare keys I had there as well. I asked to see the security tapes of their lot and they replied the lot is not under surveillance as they don’t own it and share it with a brewery next door. They were apologetic and informed me they always lock their customers cars but obviously this time they didn’t. The spare change wasn’t a big issue but the missing keys were. At the very least they could have offered to pay for back up keys to be made, but they didn’t offer anything but an apology. If you have to have your car worked on here I highly suggest you don’t leave it over night or for multiple days. A shop that works on nice imports should have security cameras in their lot. Moving to a new city is hard, finding a trustworthy mechanic in said new city is even harder.
