They worked so hard for me to get me the best options, prices, and work on my timeline. They educated me on what my car needed and why, and never pressured me to do what felt uncomfortable or unmanageable. I truly became good friends with this crew and they were always so welcome. Maple garage did a diagnostic of my vehicle when I noticed a sound was coming out every time I started it. I was happy they were able to take my car in quickly and have a look at it that day. This garage is close to my work and I would have loved to use them. I was shocked by the sticker price of what they said was wrong with it and even more disappointed when they said that the diagnostic fee would not go towards the repair. I went a little deeper and looked up the parts they had listed at $1,300+. Every single thing I found was $800 or more cheaper than what they said was parts alone. I felt as a woman I was getting taken advantage of. After talking with a few mechanic friends I decided to take my vehicle to the dealership that I bought it because I felt I could trust them more. To my surprise, I learned that Maple garage had completely misdiagnosed my vehicle and I would have paid over $3,000 for unnecessary repairs.
