Rickenbaugh Collision Repair

I arrived today to get an estimate for a scrape on the front of my car assuming I would need to make another appointment once I found out what it would cost. There was virtually no wait time. Alex greeted and me and we got out to look at the car almost immediately. Alex was honest and very personable. He helped me decide whether to spend to replace the bumper or simply remove paint scratches on the spot. I chose the latter, pulled my car into the lot and Alex had the scrapes removed in no time. He even touched up a tiny chip in the paint and it matched perfectly! My appointment was at 9:30 and I was home with my fixed car by 10am. Highly recommend! Service: Painting

Alex McMahill was so helpful with buffing out the scratches on my car. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and he had me back on the road in no time at all. I would absolutely recommend Alex and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to him in the future! Thanks Alex :)

I hope I never need collision repair again, but if so, I 100% will choose Rickenbaugh. From start to finish, they were helpful, courteous, professional, and competent. My situation was complicated by the other party and his insurance company, and Rickenbaugh went above and beyond to help. They pre-ordered the necessary parts so to expedite the repair process once everything was approved by the insurance company. I lost track of how many times I called Rae and Zach due to insurance delays or questions. Without fail, they were patient and helped me navigate a tough, frustrating situation. The repair itself was flawless and delivered before the estimated time. My vehicle hasn't looked this good in a while.
