I am writing this review to warn others about my nephew's terrible experience with MOD Automotive LLC. He entrusted them with a significant engine repair and they completely failed to deliver, taking his money and refusing to make it right. My nephew paid MOD Automotive LLC $3,000 upfront to fix his car's engine. After taking the payment, they did not successfully complete the repair. The car was never fixed and remains undrivable.
Excellent mechanics, fixed my Dodge Durango steering column and alignment, feels good to drive it again. Highly skilled shop that cares about their customers.
MOD quoted me the cheapest price vs 10 other shops for replacing my struts on my truck and stayed true to it. MOD allowed me to order my own parts which saved a fortune, then finished a 7 hour job in 5 hours, which also saved money. Can't recommend these guys enough
