I've been leasing my cars the past 35 years, finally have one that I love and decided to buy it at end of the lease. One convenience of leasing is not needing to think about maintenance. I soon learned that the dealer was not interested in nor capable of maintaining an out of warranty performance car. I had been having issues with sluggish sputtering that I put up with for the past two years. I came to my senses and with advice from a trusted friend found Paddock Imports.. a small independent trustworthy garage. Within a 5 minute conversation Doug diagnosed the issue, addressed repair, and I was out of the shop in an hour. My car purring like new. I will now have regularly scheduled oil changes and any other necessary maintenance performed by Doug Paddock. All for a very reasonable price.. Thanks Doug!

Brought beloved '07 BMW in because my heater didn't seem to be getting very hot and to check the fluids. Doug and team spent an afternoon checking out and tuning some things, but found no other issues. Don't know what they did, but everything seems to be working better and they didn't charge me a thing! I've been bringing my car into Paddock for years since all available extended warranties ran out, and they've always provided reliable service at a fair price. I'm so grateful for Doug's time and having such a trustworthy and knowledgeable team of professionals to look after my car!

Doug and his team are a blessing to Denver! My 330 wagon has been around to numerous shops in Denver that come nowhere close to the customer service, knowledge, and support Paddock Imports provides. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I knew this was the place I had been looking for since I moved to Denver. The team exemplifies customer service like no other, they know you by name and treat you as more than just another car to help pay the bills. I went in for a strut replacement and was told by another shop that my rear differential was leaking fluid. Doug's team quickly fixed my issue, notified me that the rear differential in fact did not need to get replaced, and took the time to evaluate other parts of my car to ensure I was back to driving the ultimate driving machine.
