I can not say enough good things about this repair shop. They LITERALLY brought my Prius back to life when I had given up on it and was prepared to sell it for salvage. And OMG the owner is BRUTALLY honest. (That's a good thing BTW) He told me after we spoke that if I wanted to sell my prius he wasn't a good buyer because he only buys wholesale and if I wanted the most money I should go with private sale. Thanks to the efforts of the team there we are now planning on keeping our Prius and exclusively using this shop for our future Prius repair needs. Good job MileHybrid!

Very good friendly communication. They weren't able to solve the problem with my car, but this is because it is a compliance car and totally not their fault. They tried very hard to diagnose it and kept me up to date. They clearly have tons of experience so I will use their services again in the future!

They overcharged to replace my 12v battery on my ford fusion after keeping it for almost a week and still couldn't figure out the bigger issue. They wanted to charge an additional $70 for a second diagnostic test or asked if i wanted to just pick my car up instead (I ended up picking it up because I didn't trust they'd find the problem). Never bringing my hybrid back here again. The guy in charge said I shouldn't worry about the check engine light and yellow wrench, I feel like that's something a shady "No credit No problem" salesman tells all his customers...
