Repair shop that went above and beyond! I usually don't talk to salespeople canvasing the neighborhood but this time I am glad I did. Because of their superior work ethic, I am personally speaking about them to my neighbors! Very pleased with them and their work.
They were knowledgeable from the time they picked up my car, to weekly updates via text or phone calls, to insurance questions to actual repairs on the car. All of the staff either knew the answer to questions or found them out. Service and customer service was white glove approach. I recommended them to friends and will recommend in the future. They will have all my business!
Fast and friendly service!!! Timothy L. was a great and really help me out by waving my deductible and he even got me a rental without any rental coverage. I never had to leave my house. They picked up my vehicle dealt with my insurance on my behalf. I was really happy when I got my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo back, it looked better than when I bought it. Thank you Timothy L.
