It seems okay so far but I will update rating accurately once my work is complete. They gave a reasonable estimate and scheduled me quickly during the holidays. The staff was friendly and accommodating. January 5, 2022 - I picked up my car. They did a good job! They did no painting or body work to my car. They replaced the bumper grill and emblem and just buffed up the car all around. This gave me a quick and cheaper option since the car is paid for. Given that it was mainly detail work done, I found the genuine parts cost pricy and maybe even the labor after really understanding that mainly buffing would be done. Nonetheless the quality of what they did was very well done! The project manager/estimator never greeted me when I picked up the car to go over the work performed. I paid the receptionist but no one reviewed the finished job with me. My car just sat parked and I was given the key. ...I don't know why

Make it right. This business cost me more than they fixed on my Toyota. I was in an accident and it was still drivable. The front desk spoke with the owner and they scheduled it to come in 3 weeks later when they had time to work on it right away. I was assured this allowed plenty of time for the ordering of parts and repair inclusive of supply chain delays. My car was not even assessed for 3 weeks. They failed to deliver all necessary repairs (did not address chipped windshield), failed to deliver on time and when I asked for the damage they caused to my side doors (missing paint protectors and scratches to interior door paint) I was dismissed.
