Update: I have added two stars to make this a "neutral" review. The manager has reached out to me and we are discussing the situation. Brought my car in months ago and was told I needed new brakes and rotors all around. $800+ I authorized the work and picked my car up a few days later. Immediately after the repair, something was obviously wrong. Screeching brakes and steering wheel wobble that I'm not sure how they missed. I brought it back and they told me it was an issue with the brakes they installed and they would replace them on warranty. OK. I took the car away again after the warranty repair. Within a few days, the same issue again. I brought the car in and was told that the pads might take some time to wear in, but they could swap the brake pads for a more expensive model, if I paid the difference. I asked if problems like this were normal with the cheaper pads? they said no. I asked why then would using the more expensive pads change the situation. No further explanation was

I recently started working nearby and am so happy to have found this location for friendly and fast service for my beloved old truck. It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and I’m feeling lucky that I found one so close to my work! Thank you for the great service. Service: Oil change

I dropped my car off this morning for a diagnostics. The good news is it’s something that’s probably covered under my extended warranty which means I have to take it to the dealership. Bad news is the dealership can’t get me in for three weeks. I will bring my car back there for a regular work, oil, changes, etc. that’s outside of #Warranty. Great group of people there.
