Great experience went in this morning for a stage 1 tune jaryd helped me pick out the right tune for me, was in and out in 40 minutes, one of the shop guys even lined up his s5 next to my car, got a cool picture. Overall very satisfied with bluewater, would come back again????

Finding a shop that you can trust isn’t always easy. Our cars are often our most prized possessions; even if it’s not a Porsche or Audi R8 it doesn’t make it any less valuable, to us. After seeing exotics and super cars in the parking lot and on the lifts it’s easy to feel like you’re in the wrong place with something like an ‘02 GTI….. But the quality of service, open communication, and integrity doesn’t change based on how “high-end” your car is. No matter what you drive, you can breathe easy knowing that your car is with a crew that genuinely knows and cares about what they’re doing, and do it with the same amount of care and attention to detail as those +$100k cars. And to top it off, BW is one of only two places I’ve worked with where I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Sure, you can expect to pay a little more than you might at other shops. Called in about a thermostat replacement and EPC light on my Q5, and Jared was able to quote me in right then and there and get me in the following day. Amazing customer service and car works great. Will definitely be back for anything else in the future. Thank you!
