Absolutely horrible experience… Reached out July 18th and was told to send over insurance estimates to get the process going. Sent immediately with several pictures to help them and was so appreciative. Fast forward a week and still not a single person reached out to confirm anything so I called and left a very nice voicemail. Still nothing 2 days later so I called and got voicemail again. Asked why I hadn’t heard anything and would really appreciate a call back even if they can’t fit me in anymore. Still hadn’t heard anything 24 hours later and FINALLY got in touch with someone that said my estimate was still not going to get touched until next week. That’s whatever but the fact not a single member reached out and responded to my multiple messages or my initial email they requested is an embarrassment.

My experience with Michael's Auto Body was the repair of a 2023 Mini Cooper S with about 2,000 miles on it. Thankfully, the car is back to a like new condition! Factory quality finish touches, incredible detail work....the result is the car looks fantastic. I noticed the owners and management really care about their service and the delivery of their finished work, my car. I found Michael's Auto Body Company through my insurance company who highly recommended them as their preferred auto shop, as well. When needed, I'll be a repeat customer. Jay A. EDIT: Michael's management got involved and worked with me to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. I'm raising my review to 3 from 1: -original review-- MAB was recommended by my insurance company for repair of the right side of my Toyota 2014 Tundra. To keep this review short: 1) The scheduling process was very cumbersome and frustrating 2) Communication with the staff is strained and difficult. They do not follow-up and it's on you to pester them for any information. 3) They are very disorganized and their default answer when calling is to say 'We don't have record of your car'. 4) They don't call or text status information as they promise and then they get annoyed when you call for status. 5) The body repairs they performed lasted about a year before the body repair started bubbling. 6) It's now be three months trying to get them to perform warranty work and they always have an excuse why they can't perform the work. 7) They finally took my vehicle for warranty work, kept it a
