We are from houston, visiting. Our truck had a flat across the street from RMCC. Went over to ask for AAA assistance cause sign was on door. The "assistance" they gave us was Godsent Brandon, that walked over, brought air, took the truck to the shop and fixed the flat!! That kind young man saved these 2 seniors many hours of stress, frustration, and dollar bills! So RMCC hires those kind of employees!!! Not gonna get that from a corporate run business! PLS SUPPORT THIS FAMILY OWNED SMALL BUSINESS!

Courteous, kind professionals!!! They even worked out a payment plan for the mechanic work when I was in a tight spot! Unheard of!!! In addition, they gave me FREE shuttle rides to and from the shop, saving me on Uber rides! If I could rate them higher I would!!

Been going there 23 years but was very disappointed this time. My serpentine belt broke and required other major item replaced. After repair I drove 2resedential blocks and heard loud clunk. Under my car a large 8" pully fell off. Immediately returned to the repair shop. Service manager tried to blame it on defective part from manufacturer. Wrong! They wouldn't admit that their mechanic set the pully aside and FORGOT to screw it on during replacement. No quality control of parts and no post installation inspection. What if this heavy pully had fallen off while driving down the freeway at ,70mph??? I won't be going back to this car maintenance facility ever.
