I went into the Super Rupair and they provided good service. They were quick and helpful. The prices were good and they are resourceful with the parts they use as they are often used parts. I will be back again. Service: General repairs & maintenance
Great service and fair pricing! The communication could be improved but all in all where I will bring my Subi back again and again.
Be aware Super Rupair does not roll diagnostic fees into the job, even when you get the work done. They quote the job without it included, while mentioning “free inspection”. I don’t expect a free inspection, but most shops I’ve been to will roll the diagnosis into the work - I was surprised and disappointed by the extra fee I wasn’t expecting. The Service Manager did not communicate well, they should be more clear about the “out the door” costs. I have sent many people over the last 15 years to Super Rupair, and trusted them, but there were a couple things, this included, that really blew my trust. I will be going to Hoshi from now on. An extra star for resolving a different issue that shouldn’t have happened, and using OE parts. Service: General repairs & maintenance
