Roadmasters Tire Pros & Auto Care

I have been bringing my vehicle here for several years. Historically they have been great (at least as far as I can tell). I recently brought my car in for an oil change/regular service and to check the front brakes as they sounded like they were metal on metal. I pick up my car after service, they said brakes may need to be replaced at time of next service, but they were ok. I leave, (everyone in the shop was in a hurry to leave at 4:30pm on a Wednesday, brakes are still grinding. I have to wait another 4 days to get into another shop- I’m grinding my rotors, metal on metal. Roadmasters has lost my confidence, I now question their previous work…did they replace my rear brakes last time? I don’t know. They have lost my business. Nothing worse than an untrustworthy mechanic. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Thank you to whoever just told me outside who’s currently working on a vehicle “don’t park in front of the effin shop” At 10:52am. I wasn’t planning on it. I can read the signs and was literally just trying to turn around to pick up my friend. Work on your customer service.

These guy do a great job, I think for a reasonable price. One time they fixed some bottom damage on our Prius, and the bill was less than $60! Less than a tire change! But I wish tire change prices had not gone up. But that's the way it is. Anyone, they are honest and kind and good mechanics!
