I brought my Jeep in to have the 4x4 looked at and have my transfer case oil changed. The drain plug on my transfer case was stripped but they were able to replace it and change the oil. They did an overall diagnostic and gave me recommendations to keep my Jeep in top shape. They noticed a coolant leak and even though I declined to replace it at the time, when I went to top off my coolant and they had already filled it and my wiper fluid. I really loved the customer communication page where I could see the break down of everything and the pictures they took for the recommendations. They took the time to make sure I understood their concerns and the priority of each. I’ve had terrible experiences at many shops, so I have learned to do most repairs myself. After researching reviews, I decided to give these guys a shot and they exceeded my expectations. If I can’t do it myself, this will be the only shop I’ll trust with my Jeep moving forward.
