UPDATE (7/6/2023): I've been back several times and appreciate the crew at J&S more each time. They've treated me fairly and don't charge me more than they absolutely need to. For example, when a problem creeped up after a service visit, they comped the diagnostics even though the new issue had nothing to do with the previous one. They work quickly and do a thorough and excellent job on the vehicle. It is such a relief to have a good shop that I can trust to work on my vehicle and I can't recommend them highly enough. Original Review: I was very happy with the service I got at J&S. I took my Ram Promaster in for several issues and some required maintenance. They communicated very well, carefully explaining everything that was going on and what my options were. The quality of the service and the components they use seem quite good. I reciently had some issues with my girlfriends car, after attempting, and failing, to repairing it myself, I decided to take it back to the dealership (I falsely assumed it was still under warranty). To make this part of the story short, they told us it was going to cost around $3000 to replace the body harness. So... I decided to get a second opinion. J & S took a look at it for me and solved the problem for less than $500!! Id also like to add that the solution was not the expensive body harness. J & S has been the most reliable shop I have ever encountered, even considering the volume of vehicles I have put through there shop for various reasons ( I helped to manage a fleet of around 15 work vans).
