Hoshi Motors

Hoshi Motors is the best mechanic I've ever taken my car. Seriously. They charge a fair rate; they have good customer service; and I've never had a problem develop with my engine after they went under the hood.

I love Hoshi so much. They are always so kind and accommodating and totally willing to be honest about whether a service is truly needed yet or not, which is great since i have definitely experienced sexism at other car repair shops in the past, but I never feel like that happens here. they've also waived labor charge once when something went wrong the day after the car was in the shop and it had to go back in (it was actually an unrelated issue). The woman working today remembered my name when i returned and i think Brown also remembered me based on when I'd been in nearly a year ago and from the recent phone conversation. Also, a friendly dog is also often around, and there is a rocket ship model in the lobby for some reason which is cute. So glad these guys upgraded to a bigger location to accommodate their growing business. Thank you Hoshi team!! ❤️

Holy smokes, were these reviews right!!! I've always been skeptical of mechanics because I've been upcharged ridiculously before. Got some recommendations for Hoshi off my NextDoor, read the reviews here, so I booked an appointment to take my Honda in for an oil change and door handle replacement. Professional and friendly staff that quoted me a good price, fixed my problems, and also fixed a key and my back wiper for me!! Amazing! Just found where I'm taking my car from now on. Thank you for such wonderful service and a terrific experience! :)
