Grease Monkey

I have always used grease monkey since I moved to Colorado and had great experiences. However, I was just screamed at by a very rude worker for no apparent reason. I was waiting in the oil change line, (as I’ve never been instructed to go inside of a grease monkey before). First, he yelled at me rudely to move my car to the other side. Then he came back out and yelled at me more asking if I was even getting an oil change and to park my car and come inside. He was EXTREMELY rude and honestly frightened and disregulated me so I left. I’m blown away by this experience.

Wow, if their vehicle service is anything like their customer service, stay clear of this place! I called to see if I had time to get a Transmission service and was met with hostility and was told they would have to look at it. If I was having mechanical issues the last place i would go is an oil change spot. Really they just try to upsale you on overpriced service.

Most expensive oil change I've ever had (by about $30), with no additional services added. Person ringing me up was curt, rude, and didn't look at me once while talking to me - seemed like I was an annoyance to him. Any question I had was rushed through and answered shortly. I was actually going there with the intention of adding on several other services, but due to the impatient nature of the person I dealt with, decided against it. While the oil change was very fast (30 minutes), I will not be back due to prices and customer service. I don't expect bells and whistles here, but I do expect that I'm treated like I'm a valued customer. Service: Oil change
