I have 2 experiences with Fisher service and both were great. The service was provided on time and reasonably priced. We also had some body work as well. The vehicle was onsite too long, but the body service overall was good. Sheila did a good job of managing expectations and we worked through a couple of issues satisfactorily. Thank you! I appreciated the service I have received before. However, when I called today, the woman I spoke with didn’t seem to want my business. I need several repairs on my car, which are on file, but she seemed confused by this. She told me several times to “walk in” for an oil change and multipoint inspection, after telling her I have multiple issues on the car that make it unsafe to drive, and I have to work all day and need to be able to leave my car and come back to pick up. I was so frustrated by the end of the call I let her know I’ll find someone else to do it, and hung up.
