Firestone Complete Auto Care

You know, irritated as I am, I gave them a five star and now they’re getting a one star I’m not sure who manages firestones or what type of business education or maybe listening EARS these individuals have to have but it’s utter and complete horrible service. I’ve had the worst experience at the Colton store because apparently Eddie never shows up to work there or calls his customers but now Boulder can’t seem to listen to instructions and so now this is my fourth work order I have to come in because they can’t do their jobs correctly!!!!!!! I have never seen such horrible service. I will never use fire stone ever! This is the most inconvenient waste of my time ever!!!!!! . This is the worst business (firestone) to ever go to and it doesn’t matter what location you go to!!!!! expect the worst and if you slightly get better service, you may walk away happy if you’re lucky Services: Electrical repair, Tires

The jeep dealership tried to tell me I needed to replace my front two breaks- I had it inspected here and they were very honest and helpful and said I really didn’t need anything replaced. Honesty is such a hard thing to find in the car business so I’m happy to have this place near me! Very friendly customer service as well. Service: Brakes

Love this location. Mark (manager) was able to get me a same day appointment when everywhere else in town was scheduling out a week. I also got a great deal compared to quotes from other shops. Thanks again! I’ll definitely be back.
