Discount Tire

Don't plan on using the tire warranty. Bought tires with 55k mile warranty. My tires have 30k miles on them and are at 5/32 left tread depth. They prorate the warranty based on miles at 4/32. I stopped in to see how many miles were left on the warranty and from the beginning their single focus was on how to void the warranty not on how to help me. They said "well the tires have to be evenly worn" then "well we need proof of rotation" which I have. I was simply trying to find out when the warranty would kick in and how much warranty was left. It's obvious their focus is on voiding the warranty.

Huge thanks to Tanner, Josh, and the great team at Discount Tires. We were in a rental car on our way back to the Denver Airport when one of Boulder's potholes took out the back tire. I have never been so happy to see a tire store! The guys were so kind, professional, and quick! They had my spare tire on before I even got through to the rental company. Then they were able to find a matching tire and install it even though closing time had already passed. So grateful!

I've been a long time customer of Barnsley and they recently changed owners. I tried this place by chance because they had the tires I was looking for and I'm completely blown away at how good they are in all aspects. The price matching is super easy. They advised me well when I had some bent rims and helped me get some new rims. I wasn't very happy with the tires I got and they let me change out to a new set of tires without hesitation. I had no idea a tire chain could be so good. Service from front-desk to tire changing has been excellent as well. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
