I’ve been using these folks for almost 20 years. Fabulous service, fair pricing, knowledgeable staff, warned me about upcoming issues, never had the slightest bit of negative experience. No plans to ever go anywhere else.

In reply to owner: It is possible that you used the correct coolant, and that mixing the gold with my preexisting yellow coolant could have made it appear like the orange coolant you are not supposed to use. My oil was indeed a bit low. I appreciate the initiative of filling these fluids in my car, however I still would have liked to have been asked before receiving and being charged for this service. I was on a tight budget, and was not concerned with the fluids because I had a new motor and transmission going into the car later on that I had purchased, and money was too tight to spend an extra 20 bucks on fluids that would be thrown away later that month. Because of the possibility of my misunderstanding and a professional reply despite my negative review, I will change my rating to 4 stars.

Took my Mazda3 in for an oil change there last week. Oil change was $80. After my oil change, I was told that both of my drivers belts needed to be replaced due to cracks. They wanted to charge me $288 for replacements. I did ask to make sure when picking up my vehicle to ask how soon I should replace them. They were pushing for ASAP and told me it was critical to replace.I took the car back to my normal shop in Arvada for inspection. I wad told both of my drivers belts did not need replacement and there was only one small crack in one belt that could last another 40k miles. The original estimate for my normal shop was only $170 as well. This place will needlessly try to upsell you for work you do not need and charge exorbitant fees for labor. Would give zero stars if I could. Beware and I do not recommend this shop.
