My recent encounter with this auto repair business left much to be desired, despite the pleasant demeanor of the office personnel. Unfortunately, they were unable to allocate time for the requested oil change and pre-trip inspection, yet conveniently found time to pitch a few additional items. Assuming the initial tasks were completed, I authorized their inclusion. However, I was disappointed to find that the mechanic failed to replace any of the push fasteners or reattach the plastics involved in the ABS actuator replacement. Moreover, a few days later, I received a call from them regarding a wrench left under the hood, which leads me to believe that the car was returned to me prematurely, prior to the mechanic's completion of the work.

Another garage and then Toyota Boulder couldn’t figure out what the problem was with our 2013 Prius V (or how to fix it). Paul and Boulder Hybrids came through with flying colors! Highly recommended. Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance
