Boulder Auto Glass

I had a windshield crack that spanned ~12 inches, so I came here to get it replaced based on the reviews. Adam was upfront – it’ll be 3 weeks until replacement, which was fine with me. He was very nice – I was running late picking up the car, and he let me pick it up later. There was a rattling sound that neither I or the mechanic could figure out, and I brought it to Adam, who figured it out quickly (the source was not the windshield at all). Overall, I'm happy with the work and the experience.

Terrible experience. On their first attempt to install a new windshield, they managed to install the windshield, but could not calibrate the eyesight system, and blamed that issue on receiving the wrong size windshield. On their second attempt, they said they could not calibrate the windshield, but somehow in their failure, they also shorted my battery voltage module but still felt comfortable charging me hundreds for their work. As a result, I had to pay an actual professional afterward to calibrate the eyesight, which they did with no issue, and I also had to pay someone else to fix the battery voltage module. In all, I paid about $600 extra for a real professional to clean up Boulder Auto Glass' obvious hack job, in addition to paying Boulder Auto Glass to poorly install the windshield, which creaks. Furthermore, they avoided any confrontation by simply leaving my car outside their business after hours to tell me to pick it up. When I messaged them about the battery, they played dum

Very excellent customer service. In addition to windshield, cleaned car, cleared corroded battery, vacuumed. Great person to deal with, very honest and full of integrity. There was a weird defect in my windshield; Itay offered to make it right, either redoing windshield replacement or giving me a discount. Very awesome one-man show.
