Big O Tires

I went here for my first time and I was sooo impressed with the service and how nice and helpful they were! I walked in at the end of the day when they easily could have turned me away, but they fixed my flat, gave me free bottle of water and I was on my way! I want to say big thank you to Marc and Damon. They were awesome!!!

We were driving to a wedding and found out that we had run over a bolt and our tire was leaking. We happened to be next to this shop and stopped in. It was the end of the day and they were very busy so we explained our situation to the staff. Without hesitation, Alan quickly assessed and fixed our issue and got us back on the road with no questions asked. We couldn't have asked for better last minute service, and the work was top-notch. Alan saved our day and made a new customer in the process. Give Alan a raise now!

John G was awesome. I came in w low tire pressure and felt ignorant on the appropriate air pressure on a hot day. He was kind and courteous and quickly checked tire pressure and found a nail. I’m grateful I stopped. Big O got us in quickly and did an inspection of fluids and the basics without me even asking. I would definitely come back. Thank you to John G and Joe for their efficient and friendly service. I will definitely come back when I need to service my car.
