I cannot speak more highly of how amazing my experinces have been with Barnsley Tire. Most recently: Angela, who is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and helpful people I've ever spoken to went above and beyond after closing time to help me out with a frustrating tire situation and saved me from having to cancel a long-awaited holiday with my family. She thought outside the box and came up with several amazing solutions until we found one that worked. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all the extra effort they put in to help me. Single best retail experience I've ever had. Thank you so much!

Customer service was amazing, I could tell they wanted us to get the best tires possible within our budget. I picked some tires using their website, not really knowing what I was looking for exactly, but I got a call from their team to say that there was a better tire brand for a cheaper price. I really appreciated that they shared their expert knowledge without prompting, I can tell they really take pride in their work. Office was large and had space for people to wait for service to be completed, and even better a couple of friendly dogs were around. Job took about an hour which is what they estimated. I'd highly recommend Barnsley and will be back for future tire needs.
