Through great detective work my Audi technician identified an unseen and unexpected problem that could have led to significant consequences if not repaired. Once identified, the Audi Team secured the part and the repair was completed correctly. A special shout out to Eli and John for going the extra mile to coordinate with Audi and I to devise a repair plan that addressed the interests of all parties. They kept me informed of their progress and my A7 was back on the road quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the entire Audi Boulder Team!
My first impression of Audi Boulder is great customer service, hospitality, and prompt assistance. A courtesy vehicle was easy to obtain and Tina helped me put my children in the new vehicle. She was extremely kind. I feel confident Audi will provide good service for my repair
