They fixed a weird and unique problem that’s driving me crazy and cost me a lot of money over the years. They found it, fixed it, and all for a very reasonable price. Great at communicating and explaining along the way too. 10/10 recommend.
Brett and staff are the greatest to work with. They manage to make what is typically a stressful or negative experience truly a pleasure. They are incredibly knowledgeable here and make you feel like you’re being taken care of in very good hands. Always fast and great work done with a smile. So thankful I found this place so I never have to mess with a dealership again! Give them a try and you won’t regret it, they treat you like family here! Took my car back now that the factory warranty expired. Specific issues are uneven tire wear, steering wander and clunking noise in the steering wheel and shaft. Back in 2020 when i took it for same issues the problems seemed to be abnormal and now the same issues seem to be normal so im not sure if they were just trying to get money out of me for unnecessary repairs or if they had a conversation with the manufacturer because 2020 and today are very contradicting. Denying hearing clunking noise but at first said its normal. Anyone have clunking noises when moving steering wheel? Then steering wheel not returning to center was a memory steer issue now its normal? Anyone have their steering wheel not returning to center? Then uneven tire wear is from me taking turns at excessive high speeds but the computer can be read for driving habits and prove car doesnt get drove this way as it feels it wants to jump off the road at high speeds hitting any small irregularities in the road.
