Lets be honest. As like everything else in this country prices have gone up. Same goes for Johnson. So at least if you have to spend hard earned dollars its good to know that Johnsons has great customer service and great mechanics. They keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle. They let you know what the issues are, what needs to be repaired, the est. cost and the time it will take for the repairs and the options you may have. I feel very comfortable using there service. On a cross country road trip and an animal blew my radiator. We were towed here and they were very responsive and were able to have us back on the road within 27 hours of when we dropped it off. They were very understating of our concerns and requests. They test drove the car to ensure it was good to drive the rest of our trip. We are very appreciative of the diligence they put in to get us back on the road. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I have used Johnson Auto Repair for years. Today they worked on my suspension and front brakes. They checked everything else for its 100,000 mile checkup and honestly told me what was needed; the antifreeze and x-mission fluid and spark plugs/wires were all fine and still in excellent condition. They could easily have told me otherwise but I believe in their honesty. It's why I keep going back to them for this truck and all my other vehicles.
