Best body shop I’ve ever worked with. Communication was top notch, easy to reach, and my car looks fantastic. Also got the work done extremely quick under the circumstances, 2 months less than what they had originally told me - no complaints at all! Highly recommend!
Wish I was in Mayberry. Would've went to Wally's. I think even Gomer Pyle could've done a better job and would've had it right the first time!!! Seems like they have an excuse ready to go. Trapped shop manager in his own excuses and he threw a fit like a 2 year old. They act like no one knows about cars except for them. Ill never give them any business and will tell everyone I know who needs work done to stay away!!! Castle Rock location Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Beyond happy with the service and communication given by this shop and Erica. I always got frequent updates on the status of the repair. Car repairs can always be stressful but the customer service and emotional intelligence was above and beyond. If you need your car repaired this is the best place to go.
