The team at Olde Town Car Care Center is incredibly friendly, courteous, and exceptionally helpful. I've found my trusted destination for all my car care requirements. Service: General repairs & maintenance
I have been a customer of Todd Ingram for several years. He is truly a Gentleman and a Professional! He is honest and most of all trustworthy. I will not allow anyone else to service and repair my vehicles...He is the BEST!!! Much Gratitude, Hank Gonzales. Thank You my friend.
I took my car to get an oil change for the first time here and months later, my oil light comes on and I take it to my old mechanic and there’s no evidence the oil was changed. Based on my sticker, I still had 2k miles left before an oil change. I’m so upset. Edit: yes, my oil change was six months ago. 1.5 months ago, my car was making sounds like the oil was low. A week or two after that, the oil light came on. I added in a quarter of a quart of oil and called my old mechanic. They couldn’t see me for a while, but they said it was bone dry 3 weeks after I added the oil. It doesn’t add up for me. Even when it was sounding dry at 4.5 months after my oil change, it wasn’t time for an oil change (I think 2-3k miles left based on the sticker) and I had only driven 2,250 (estimating) miles since the oil change. Maybe they changed the oil, but my other mechanic said it didn’t even look like they changed it based on my usage. Also no evidence of leaks.
