Had to have vehicle towed in due to oil pressure issues. Staff was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. They also performed a thorough assessment of my vehicle to determine if other issues needed to be addressed. Have been back to have axel boot leak repaired, and will have my shocks and struts done soon. Very courteous and professional staff. They keep you updated via text and provided appointment reminders. I appreciated how quickly I was able to schedule to get my vehicle in for repairs. I was also very appreciative of the fact that I felt heard and all of my concerns were addressed. I never felt like I was being treated like I didn't know what I was talking about simply because I'm female (it happened at the last mechanic shop I went to - not cool). I really, really like the full internet accessible list of all of the items checked along with recommended repairs and a rating on how immediate those repairs should be done, accompanied by an estimated price for each repair. Awesome! I felt very comfortable when I picked up my car, knowing that each of the items I was told would be fixed were. I'm so glad I found L & R!
