Went all over town to get an alignment on my lowered cadillac cts-v and only elite motorsports had the inground rack and got me in last minute, gave me a great deal and I was in and out in less then 30 mins. I highly recommend this place for tires, wheels, or alignments.

I was happy I got a good deal with rims and tires from them but then turns out they left my tires unbalanced for my pick up- then when I went to get them balanced, I left my truck there all day and didn’t hear from them, so I took it upon myself to go and ask and my truck was still in the back untouched yet they claimed they did something. Very bad experience since my tires were dramatically wrong. Laziness and unprofessionalism for sure!!

Great work but customer service was lacking. Service manager did not call to tell me parts were in . I had to call store. When I arrived for my appointment he had no idea I was coming and had to reschedule for the next day. I asked for a discount on the job, he said he'd work something out. When the job was completed, he was nowhere to be found.
