100% satisfaction. Hugo is the best mechanic in Yolo county.
Got my car running in no time, but several of my possessions were stolen from both inside and outside the vehicle while it was there. They replaced the things I still had receipts for, but some were items that belonged to my father who just passed away that I will never get back. Apparently the shop is not sure if employees were responsible for the theft, or if it occurred while my car was left outside in the lot, unlocked, with no security cameras. Either option seems pretty bad to me. If you trust this shop with your vehicle, make sure you empty it of any and all valuables first, even those with just sentimental value. :(
