M Service is the most professional, friendliest, honest and convenient shop I’ve ever used in my life. Not only did their complimentary shuttle drop me off and pick me up (from Danville) after my scheduled service, these guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me learn a ton about my car and it’s status. I would recommend anyone use this shop for service or repair. A HUGE thank you to Dante & the team for helping us with an emergency situation today! We were in my friend’s husband’s BMW and it was overheating suddenly. Even though it was the tail end of the day on a holiday (Happy St Paddy’s Day!!), they were kind, friendly, helpful, & honest! If you ever need a great service group in Walnut Creek, these folks should be at the top of your list.
