I was referred to this business. The word of mouth / referral business is a huge boon to any service provider. Never been treated so poorly by an auto shop. Left the vehicle with them for a whole day, and now they don’t have any plans to get to it today. Had to chase Joe down to get a basic callback and his receptionist was surprisingly rude. Failed to provide a callback as promised on three occasions. Whined about being too busy—we’re all busy, guy. Brought the vehicle to you during work hours—none of us is swimming in free time. He decided he didn’t like the probing for update and ETA, said take the vehicle somewhere else. No exaggeration. Let his emotions take over and didn’t think it through. A little embarrassed for him, it was childish. Was caught completely off guard by this erratic and unreasonable behavior. Could understand if unreasonable over the phone with them, but it’s not even a close call here. The combative behavior is completely unwarranted. Don’t believe anything the

This team has been great to work with. I feel like they treat me like family. Great explanation on what was going on and, after 3 quotes, they didn’t try to fix what wasn’t broken like the two other quotes did. Honest and hard working team.
