Big O Tires

Joe was phenomenal in helping me with a new set of tires. Walked in with no appointment. Tires that I wanted was not in stock however Joe ordered them at that moment, delivered and installed on my vehicle the same day! Only downside was smudged handprints on my door. Other than that, great service!

The service fantastic. I am a woman and have been taken advantage of often by other companies. Never with Big O. Never! I’ll ask if I need tires or a new air filter or any item to help my car run better. They never sell me what I don’t need ever and I love it. It’s a great place and it’s the only place I take my car. Thanks Big O for being so great!!

Easy, efficient and thorough. There was no up-selling although they did find an issue that I was already aware of. I can appreciate that there was a full inspection done and that I had that fixed while I was there…as it was a “I’ll take care of it next week” sorta thing.
