Frank's and the Team is the "babayega" (boogeyman), the John Wick of auto service. Is this sentiment too profane or is it hyperbole? No, it is not. Quite simply, their work is legendary. My 2017 Subaru WRX Premium survived several winters of Colorado; survived the cross continent drive from Colorado to New York and back; the ravages of New York City driving: New York Winters, Manhattan and Brooklyn traffic, and NYC drivers. I have rigorously adhered to the maintenance schedule and at Subaru dealerships. Bigger companies, more amenities, larger overhead, nice distractions, more money out of the wallet, less personalized, more robotic. Not at Frank's. There aren't any distractions from what matters. "Small town" hospitality woven with professionalism and people who know cars, period. It's a family business and it's evident from the welcome greeting. Frank’s auto is the best maintenance and repair shop in the county. They are honest and their prices are fair. My warranty has expired and the dealership wanted four times the amount charged by Franks to do the same work. I live in Rossmoor, and they have shuttle service to and from their garage. Due to a bad oil change at one of those fast oil places my car was a mess. I have a Volkswagen and they are fussy about oil changes but the guys at Frank's Auto Service & Repair knew exactly what to do. They not only fixed my car but the kept me up to date on what was needed, via text & pictures, and emails with all what was needed along with the cost giving me the choice on what needed to be done now or could wait.
