I'm a first timer with Jon and Melissa but I believe I have found my go-to car doctors with them! Melissa was very friendly on the phone and Jon at the front desk was friendly, thorough and efficient. I dropped the car off late afternoon and it was ready with new brakes early the next morning. Diablo Auto was great! Melissa took great care of me and provided a long list of problems they found with the car but prioritized exactly what was needed to make sure I was setup for success on my long trip out to burning man. I even had another auto shop confirm their repair and prices and they said Diablo Auto was fair pricing and a great approach. Will be visiting them again

Very happy to have found this business from other reviews. Very professional, customer oriented, understanding and knowledgable. Also, no fuss when I noticed a slight hiccup after the picking the car up, brought it back the next day and the issue was quickly resolved; Jon and Melissa were very sorry I had to bring it back.
