Caliber Collision

This Caliber shop performed a very bad and unprofessional job not the repair of the body but on quality of work because they created a new problem by letting paints fell on the Electrical Ground wires that go to the Windshield Washer Sensors, and to the Speedometer. This carelessness and negligence had shut down the computer system to my Toyota Yaris 2020. The Speedometer needle or poitnter could not function or move because of this issue. Lights like Engine Check, ABS, Tire Pressure, Brake Light, etc., lighted up as soon as I started to drive. I lost 5 days of work because of this problem they created. I think they have careless or inexperience bady shop worker or workers in that shop. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone I talked to were kind and straightforward. Tim was right on top of getting it done earlier than I expected. If I have to get my car repaired again in the future (God willing I won't) I'd definitely take it back to Caliber and ask for Tim. Service: Body & Trim

Terrible terrible terrible customer service, the girl receptionist, Julie and Heather, are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in the business world, what did they wake up on the wrong side of bed? I was supposed to get my car fixed here, but the general manager came and politely encouraged me not to stay, not directly, but just threw suggestion. So I felt very unwelcome, especially because I am a black man and I definitely felt a very prejudiced atmosphere there, I would never ever ever go back there
