Truck & R.V Repair-Road Service and Tire

Joe and his crew were AMAZING! They saved our vacation by coming to the truck stop where we were stranded, and assembled and installed a complete new axle assembly for our travel trailer. We were 10 miles away and they came with a crew of 4 and work trucks, complete with an arc welder and hydrolic jacks. Joe was also able to articulate how the invoice would work with and without various insurance and roadside assistance options to best suit our coverage and minimize our out of pocket costs! Lastly, he strongly encouraged us to return in 5 days on our way home so they could reinspect and retorque their work, free of charge. Which of course we did! Plus a lot of free advice on future maintenance we will need soon. Absolute A+++ rating!

Of course things have to go wrong an hour before hitting the road. Joe walked me through the process over the phone, helped me get help, came to my rv, fixed the issue easily, and got us on the road before long. He was friendly and professional. I trusted his work and felt safe enough to drive, unlike some work from others. Glad for his work!

Seized wheel bearing and the trailer was not going to move and couldn't be flat towed because of it's size. Joe asked a few questions and for some pictures so he could bring the right parts with him and ensure it was repairable. It took him a few hours to finally get to us because we were so far away and he was finishing another job but Joe had all the tools to cut off the old parts and got my family back on the road to drive another 350 miles. Joe did a great job and would recommend his services to anyone. Very honest and straight forward. Great mobile trailer repair mechanic that works late and weekends!
